Welcome to Ceylo Travels Global (PVT) LTD. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and website usage. By engaging our services or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Ceylo Travels Global, you enter into a binding agreement governed by the conditions outlined here. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your travel party are aware of and accept these Terms & Conditions. When you confirm a booking, it implies your consent on behalf of yourself and your group.

2. Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our official channels—website, email, WhatsApp, or in person at our office.

  • Once your inquiry is received, we will provide a customized itinerary and quotation.

  • Upon acceptance, a pro forma invoice will be issued.

  • Your reservation will only be confirmed once we receive a minimum deposit and issue a formal Confirmation Email.

Important:
It is the client’s responsibility to check the accuracy of all booking details (names, dates, itinerary, etc.) and report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 70% is due no later than 14 days before arrival.

  • Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment (100%) is required upfront.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • International bank transfers

  • Major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Secure online payment gateways (subject to availability)

Note: All bank charges, transaction fees, and currency conversion fees must be borne by the client. Payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, or LKR, as agreed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a) Cancellations by the Client:

  • 30 days or more before arrival:
    Full refund minus any bank or administrative fees.

  • 15 to 29 days before arrival:
    50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.

  • 14 days or less before arrival:
    No refund will be issued.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, where applicable.

b) Cancellations by Ceylo Travels Global:

In case of cancellations due to Force Majeure or supplier issues, clients will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for costs incurred due to canceled bookings such as flights or visa fees. The above will be solely decided by Ceylo Travels Global.

c) No-Show Policy:

Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No refunds will be given.

5. Amendments and Itinerary Changes

a) By Ceylo Travels Global:

While we aim to maintain your planned itinerary, we may need to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., hotel overbooking, weather, strikes). We will:

  • Inform you promptly

  • Offer suitable alternatives

  • Provide refunds if the new accommodation/service is of lesser value

b) By Client Request:

You may request changes to your itinerary after booking. While we strive to accommodate changes, they are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.

6. Travel Essentials

Please ensure:

  • Your passport, visa, insurance, vaccinations, and health documents are in order.

  • You verify your flight details and arrival/departure times.

  • You communicate any delays or rescheduling to our team promptly.

We are not liable for missed services due to incorrect or missing documents or travel delays.

7. Special Requests

We welcome requests regarding:

  • Dietary needs

  • Room type

  • Specific facilities

These must be submitted at the time of booking and confirmed via email. While we strive to accommodate them, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed and is not a condition of the contract.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Ceylo Travels Global acts as a coordinator between the client and third-party providers. We are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or service changes by third parties

  • Injury, loss, or damage during the tour

  • Force Majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)

We strongly advise all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Trip cancellations

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

  • Personal liability

9. Complaint Handling

If you encounter any issues during your tour:

  • Immediately raise the concern with the relevant service provider (e.g., hotel manager or driver)

  • If unresolved, notify us within 24 hours via email at travel@ceylotravelsglobal.com

Failure to report in a timely manner may impact your right to claim compensation.

10. Data Protection & Privacy Policy

We are committed to safeguarding your personal data.

  • We only collect information necessary to manage your booking.

  • We never sell, rent, or disclose your information to third parties, except where required by law or contract.

  • Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and improve service delivery.

11. Amendments to Terms

Ceylo Travels Global reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
